Policy scope

Core principles

  • Use APS only for lawful, authorized purposes.
  • Respect privacy and obtain required consent for calls and messages.
  • Do not attempt to bypass security controls or access other tenants' data.

Prohibited activities

  • Illegal, harmful, or deceptive communications.
  • Robocalls or text messages without required consent.
  • Spam, harassment, impersonation, or abusive content.
  • Collection of sensitive data without authorization.
  • Emergency services, medical diagnosis, or high-risk decisioning.
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with APS.
  • Uploading malware, exploiting vulnerabilities, or probing for weaknesses.
  • Using APS to surveil or profile individuals without legal basis.

Telephony compliance

You are responsible for complying with telephony laws (including TCPA and state analogs). APS is not a replacement for emergency services. If you route emergency or medical calls to APS, you assume all responsibility for the consequences.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect violations, risk to the platform, or legal exposure. We may also report unlawful activity to authorities when required.
